2. Service Description

Moviey Now is an information aggregator and embed indexer that provides:

• Meta information about movies and TV shows (posters, synopses, cast, ratings) sourced from public APIs and datasets.
• Embedded playback widgets sourced from unaffiliated third-party providers ("embed servers").

Moviey Now does not host, upload, control, or stream any video, audio, or image content. All such content is served directly by the third-party provider you select via the player tab you click.

3. User Conduct

• You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You must not use the Service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Service or impairment of the availability or accessibility.
• You must not scrape, mirror, crawl, or republish content from the Service onto another platform or service without our prior written consent.
• You must not use the Service to engage in any illegal activity.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
